    Precipitation here turning increasingly to snow all day, going by BBC, we could maybe, just maybe wake up to a little covering tomorrow morning

    BBC forecast has us back under the sun by Sunday. Braw! I'm missing all the lovely sunshine we had before the stalling front came and spoiled it with rain. Might have been a different story if it was all of snow! At least a whole lot of the country has done well from this fall, I guess I had my fair share on Dec 23rd. Hey, might even get to see some falling later on today

    Pretty insane. Almost a guarantee of this snow up north lasting for at least another month. 3 months of continuous lying snow, pretty good this year!

    The BBC animation thingy is showing the snow sinking back southwards! Hopefully see a little bit of it tomorrow But yeah, absolutely chucking it down with rain. Two days of constant precipitation after around 10 days non-stop sunshine? I'd gladly take that in summer!

    Around about 2 inches tops here in Dunfermline. Constant snow for a good 6-7 hours now, just not heavy enough for mega accumulations.

    Quite the contrast to further north! Today was the first precipitation I have saw for a good 10 days! Around 7 days of continuous uninterrupted sunshine!

    Just looked out front, there's maybe a good 2" on the ground, not bad with just moderate stuff I guess. Got a feeling this may be the last of the snow until the end of the year, unless we get lucky in March... which has happened a lot in recent years!

    Snowing for a long while now got probably 1 or 2inches max. I got more snow than this in a shorter time frame on 23rd December!

    Getting closer and closer to the warmest part of the day. Maybe if the snow can hang on till then, it'll be here to stay.

    Th front on the radar is moving slower and slower north. Yummmmm!

    Moderate snowfall here in Dunfermline. What are the chances of this turning to rain?

    The pictures have just updated and nothing moved. A few more cars on the northbound camera. Dang. The lorry on the Southbound looks like it tipped over, and the car that crashed into the gritting truck might have taken a blow.

    I might be wrong, or I hope i'm wrong, but the latest Northbound and Southbound camera's at Dunblane just north of Stirling look like a crash incident... Southbound has a truck on the far left, Northbound has (what looks like) a gritter with a car crashing into the side of it? I do hope i'm interpreting the images wrong.

    Damn! I'm wondering, why has the road not turned white? The camera has been pretty snowy for a good while now, but the roads are totally clear...

    Hahahaha! Or, snow in one morning, then the evening, followed by the next morning and that evening too! Or 4 days divided by 2 days of snow.

    Hahaha! My eyes will be watching that Hamilton camera in a wee while, looks like a beast to watch some snow falling on that one!
