It settled for a while, it was a small amount though. It was on a thrusday evening/friday morning. I was out in it for Southmaptons Carnage.

im about 20m ASL so thats not good for me haha! we had snow feb this year by the docks.

Wind picking back up here, I live about 2 minutes from the QE2 mile. Rain is starting here. AGAIN might I add, a car splashed me earlier walking home from work! absolutley soaked me.

Not as windy as thursday around here, not sure if it was because the wind was coming from a different direction maybe the buildings around me made it less potent. Watts park in Southampton was pretty flooded last night the grass areas almost looked like a marshy lake.

where is this strong wind then? its still raining here hasnt stopped at all since 8 this morning maybe even earlier.

Lunch break, finally! I have the window open by my desk and the rain has been pretty constant since around 8ish this morning. Just recently has it been getting heavier. It got quite heavy at one point and I thought there was going to be a crack of thunder, unfortunatley there wasn't.

haha, id love to see that chart pull of but as we all know that is not going to happen.

I had a queen bumble bee decide that my bedroom this morning was a good place to hang out, very large and it sounded like a hedge trimmer was attacking my window. Black with a orange tail tip. I think she was looking for a place to settle in for winter that or she was after the over ripe pairs on my window sill?

I'd like to personally thank all fo these companies saying we are going to have a cold winter, but since they said it we are going to have a warm one. thanks a lot! :/

Ive noticed the wind is starting to pick up from the south.

Highly doubt anything other then rain will fall here. One can hope, I can see 3 lamposts from my bedroom window!

Is it me or does october/november feel colder then usual? I was out today thinking how chilly it was and couldn't remember last year if it felt the same. Even when it snowed last year it didn't feel as cold as it has been. Is it something to do with the dew point?
