Starting to rain again now so hope something elce comes.

Liverpool airport meta EGGP are going for TSRA (thunderstorm rain) from 26 @15z to 26 @21z. Interesting.

Looking good for me here in Liverpool I think, I'm about as far west as you can go in NW england. Already had 2 quite heavy showers this morning. Great forecast from Nick there!
-
Well I was feeling a little fed up today because the weather was just rubbish wet and windy. Now all of a sudden it has become really humid and warm and have just had a short torrential downpour! Havn't been checking the forecasts so was a nice surprise. Hoping for some thunder overnight. We sometimes do well from these setups
-
just had another torrential downpour, there's some active little cells out there now. Wouldn't be surprised if they started to become electrical soon.
-
having a torrential downpour at the moment, the first rain today. No thunder yet though. Could see the clouds coming in, the sky looked a strange pink cullor.
-
I'm so glad you said that Snow joke, I'm getting desperet here.
-
I'm confused! When people say this rain will affect northern england do they mean just north east england IE the places that have it now, or does the risk include north west england as well. Merseyside never seems to be included in "northern england" and we never seem to get the same weather.

the sun has come out strong now, may be this can set something off. Temp 20c
-
Rain? What rain. It has been dry here all day as is so offern the case. We have a strange clymet around here.
-
Sunny and warm here now with clearing skies. Daw pont Stu? Haha, though I can't laugh because I do things like that all the time!
-
Very heavy frontal rain here also, but the temp is 18.7c as it has been all morning. Must be to do with the cloud and me being on the coast. Hope I get a storm this afternoon, there's sertanly a lot of moisture out there.

I don't think that the report from wales was faulse as a relative told me earlier there was a storm in Mold in east Wales which has sinse dide

Thanks Rainy so everything northeast of me then. Any chance for me from anything coming in off the irish sea?
-
can hear some close sferics which are increasing in frequency, don't know where they are coming from though, anyone know?
-
just had a torrential downpour here, not electrical though.
-
I think I might get lucky today as I seem to be in a good place. I like the bit in the TORRO forecast on the possibility of issuing a tornado watch for my part of the world later on.
-
that's not fair thunder in Preston I got that cell and it was just a torrential downpour with no thunder! There seems to be a streemer of showers passing my location now though.
-
seems to be some sferics just started quite close by, listening out for thunder.
-
just having some heavy showers in the last half an hour. Feeling thundery. Just heard the first sferic on the radio quite far away though
-

It's started to rain but the temperature is still rising. Wind getting quite strong now also. Current temp 19.9c.
