Hi all did a total reinstall and lost all my links to weather collection data sites(ie UK radar, Lightning detector for UK) just wondered if anybody could help me in posting links for essential websites so i can get my computer set up for this seasons Moved house and my rooftop view has been replaced by houses so i can no longer rely on looking at horizons for info Thnx all and hello for this season

Not all of Yorkshire got storms :cry: they passed to my south about 30 miles or so could just make out the top of an anvil rising over the hazy cloud covering my area, Oh well

I may be wrong now wind seems to be going in a more Easterly direction not SE so it may just bypass u on your North Side

May not be quite that close to u yet mate but im positive you'll c some lightning if it carries on in your direction Keeping fingers x'ed for ya

You've possibly got a Large T-Storm heading your way from the North East at this time(16:23pm) should be strong enough to last the 20 odd miles to u or so

OK ill have to put this here but its for the 6th July ive got a large T-Storm to my south heading South-East its around the Thorne/Doncaster area maybe a little north of them ive witnessed at least 7 CG's in the space of 10 mins and it has a good cloud backdrop to witness lightning

Had a Very Large Thunderstorm pass just to the south of me heading east, unfortunatly only heard a few rumbles of thunder because we havent had much Sun to heat the ground up enough this morning, but it would have been an Intense storm if it had a bit of ground heating

Ive got a possible Large Thunderstorm in the Leeds(maybe Bradford) area at the moment its West of me heading East, i can hear a few distant rumbles but the cloud isnt your usual Anvil or centre rising cloud its more of a flat Disc(UFO shaped) cloud, is it possible for lightning to accumulate in cloud thats formed with a low top

Could be a good possibility it'll head your way, i dont think it'll die down for a good few hours there was a lot of sun heating it up. fingers crossed for ya

A large T-storm has just passed to the south of me heading SE, lots of sheet lightning and some pretty impressive CG's

Just finally got a rumble of thunder its been threating to do for last 20 mins :lol:

Im under a torrential downpour at the moment 25 miles east of leeds, airs very humid but pressure is quite high at the moment and west of me(direction of wind) looks clear. Fingers crossed something may build for east coast region
