    -14 uppers off the Aberdeenshire coast!! Surely that would herald snow off them?!

    Ok folks its too quiet in here today! could here a pin drop!! With the wind turning to a direct easterly what atre the chances for aberdeens/shire area getting some decent snowfall on saturday/sunday. As i have only been up here for a few months im not familliar with how the area fairs from easterlies and how much of an effect or is it affect the north sea has? with the uppers are sitting around -10/11 even at the coast sure any precip would be snow?

    forecast for snow all weekend up the aberdeen/aberdeenshire area. been heavy snow showers on and off all morning so far which i did nt think would traspire so fingers crossed. I only want one day of decent snow. if not im moving inland aberdeenshire next winter

    snows on here in aberdeen again. given the cars in work car park a wee dusting of white al be it slightly sleety.

    BBC radio Scotland weather just said they aren't too concerned now about the front moving in on Friday and that it looks like staying to the south as per a few of the earlier runs thst BUS posted! Also commented more about it tomorrow so they obviously aren't sure where it will track

    BUS is tge front expected to push from the west or is the cold expected to win the battle in the end? looks like the front makes a good in roads across the country.

    rub it in 101!! 5 mins from me there is black tarmac, green grass and the only thing swirling around in the sky is the seagulls!

    So the folks whats the likely hood of friday actually coming to anything upo here in the north east? looking at the charts id say very margibnal between snow and rain all day.

    had the most intense snow showers of the day on now. ground is too wram/wet for anything to stick though. Ah well maybe the weekend will bring us something substantial rich CMD you jammy Barstard!! Thats what dreams are made of!

    Snow no where near heavy enough at moment in aberdeen to do anything. The Mrs reported heavier snaw in westhill.

    i was expecting the snow to be much heavier than it actually has come to so far going by the charts and the forecast. very light snow in aberdeen now.
