I know but the seas really mild and its been so mild recently. Find it hard to believe the 2c that is predicted for tuesday nevermind 0c. But I suppose in 2010 it was the same, quick transition.

If it upgrades anymore well have ice days. Which tbh probably will not happen.

I know the gfs has 1c max down for Tuesday and gibbys all "snow on high ground and perhaps on low ground".

Have a look at Tuesdays max temps. :O! Its hard to imagine it actually maxing out at 1c. Oh and -6c uppers over me for 3pm monday

I was thinking about 6pm. The max temp on monday is 5c With 522 it could easily be snow.

There'll be no worry of getting snow at my house. I am guaranteed snow with 515dam and -8c uppers. It will probably snow out to sea with that air.

WHAT!! looks like the snow might be downgrading and i'm going to miss it Its amazing how cold its going to be. The cold spell keeps getting upgraded now running from Monday night to Friday. Tuesday Max 2c!! Tuesday Dews Snow!! -8c uppers. 515dam! 0c isotherm is sub 500m 2c max again on Wednesday 2c max again on Thursday. Snow will fall everywhere there will be no problem with the precipitation type. If the snow lies I can't see it melting either. So it is very very exciting. Not one bit of a downgrade and the best we could possibly get to be honest.

Haha love that. Yes think I will see snow on monday night at about 6pm. Max of 2c on tuesday will be freezing. Think if the showers are heavy and frequent monday night we might get a covering which may not melt on Tuesday.

Well it still shows snow for monday night and tuesday so thats not really a wobbler

Ano. Hes funny but find it hard to take him seriously because he ramps so much that it seems as though anything even remotely decent is made look "epic".

Its -9c uppers so you will see snow for sure. (As of now) For the north coast its usually -7c.

Just hae to wait and see. I am always in the best location for northernlies, it just depends. Sometimes the showers aren't frequent and other times they merge to form a band. I know in 2010 the showers one day merged and it snowed all day, sometimes lough foyle actually acts lake affect. One things for sure we'll hay no problem with -9c uppers. Fingers crossed the showers are frequent and we get a good covering down to low levels. The gfs shows a 2c max but if the showers go all day it can be like -1c. Naw expecting that though.

Yes snow from about 6pm monday night onwards with a 2c max on Tuesday. If its a proper northernly we are bound to see some lying snow with those temps.
