    They all seems to be developing over you and pushing this way, plenty of CuB's to North of here in Central Cardiff and some of them looks pretty angry. There's a massive one to the North West of here....

    Looking pretty dark to the North of Cardiff, can't hear anything due to being in the library, but the potential is there. Also just started to rain heavily.

    Thanks! Had a look from the Library window, CuB to the South West, clouds seems to be moving very fast. And it's quite windy for Cardiff.

    Don't make me jelous! I'll give it 'till around 3 and I'm out of here. Some beefy showers on the radar to the West. Skew-t saying Cape around 201(j) and Li Index of -0 for 3pm.

    Great thunderstorm in Cardiff! Caught on video Ill post later....still flashing and big rumbles, some heavy rain and hail here in Cathays! Temp is 14C and feels quite muggy. There seems to be another storm developing close by.

    Cymru = Perfect A beautiful part of the world down there, lucky too, seeing that most of the heavy showers seems to be in the East. It's been beautiful up here in North West Wales today too, although I'm off back down to Cardiff tomorrow. Some big patches of snow still remaining over 300m with some fresh snow on the mountains today above 900m. Showers has been heavy here with hail but they have been far apart. Temperature now to close the day at 5.5C

    First torrential downpour has arrived mixed with hail but no thunder. Can hear some over-flowing gutters.

    21mm of rain has fallen here on the Northern slopes of North West Snowdonia, not that much, seen worse but plenty of water due to today's rainfall and snow melt from last week. Rain slowly getting lighter here now.

    Just phoned home, things are quite bad in Deiniolen, although Llanberis and Caernarfon only saw sleet until this morning which has now also turned to snow. They've also just had their electricity back after going off early this morning.Here in Cardiff a few raindrops and a temperature of 5.9C

    Just had a message from Mum in Deiniolen, looks quite bad there, no electricity and around 6/7cm of snow has fallen!

    Happy St David's Day everyone - Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus i bawb! And a great one it is at the beautiful Welsh capital today - started with a misty morning which has now given away to a beautiful, warm sunshine. It's currently 10.7C here, nothing compared to yesterday's warmest day of the so far at 16.3C. Pressure is currently 1027mb with winds coming in light from the SSE. Have a great day everyone!

    Good choice Cardiff, I'm having the best time of my life here! Went home to North West Wales over the weekend, near Snowdon, had snow falling this morning which gave a covering, my village is around 210 meters therefore anything under didn't get anything. Now back in Cardiff, can see some stars and temperatures hovering around the 2C mark.

    Some sleety/drizzle stuff here in Central Cardiff - temperature falling now 2.4C after a minimum of 1.8C overnight and a maximum of 3C this morning.
