    Every time I check the impending snow seems to be pushed back so I think I'll try and sleep and wake up to something in six hours. I say that now but now but I know fine and well I'll be glued to my phone.

    Hey Gingercat! I had planned to get some delivered tomorrow morning but kinda worried in case the weather has more in store for us than expected. Wouldn't care about it being late but I'll be out of the house a while in the afternoon. Good to see you posting again

    I generally don't pay the accumulation charts much attention personally! Snow is hard to forecast and they amounts have been way off at times so I just take it as it comes. My daughter just saw the forecast and is hoping for a snow day tomorrow. I told her I wouldn't be counting on it . Sleet showing on the radar now.

    Been watching the latest developments with a lot of interest. Haven't been allowing myself to get excited and have been waiting until a reasonable time frame to do so. I think that time frame is now . Can't wait for the lamp post watching to begin!

    I've been avoiding reading here as much because it's so negative. We know the charts won't always verify but for some of us half the fun is the watching and waiting. Lots of I was right and you were wrong going on in here as well. People are entitled to their opinions but it's turning into a whole load of moaning.

    A flurry of sleet here at the minute. Even if it was to turn to snow it'd be way too wet to lie.

    Sunny and a hard frost this morning. Local stations reporting -4 degrees

    Snow on the hills here and what little that was on the ground has melted away, as expected. I'm heading over the glenshane pass in a bit though, will see what it's like up there.

    Finally snowing and lying here . I was about to head to bed as I have a job interview tomorrow and want to be well rested but sure another wee hour up won't hurt...

    Well it went back to rain here after a five minute snow shower. The radar looks interesting but unless the dew points drop it'll be more of the same for here

    Hey folks! Hope all is well . Getting back into my favourite time of year now. It's been chilly enough up here the past few days, even when the sun has been out. Sunny though and no rain.

    I had snow showing for my area on the radar for a good three hours last night and there wasn't a flake. There wasn't even rain . Nothing here this morning, just a patchy skiffle on Benbradagh.

    I don't think there was much snow, if any, after that good shower around ten last night. Roads and footpaths have gone slushy
