    Thanks! Yes it's terrible. Had shutter open for 90 seconds. Need 30 max really to keep the pollution down.Forgot to mention I blew the exposure right up just to get lightning in the mix so the pollution isn't actually as bad as the picture shows. I'll edit it a bit better tomorrow.

    Just phoned my mum in Worcester to tell her Storms on the way and she sees lightning and I can hear the thunder down the phone!! I want it real bad now peeps! Lol!!!

    Yes I think I'll have to keep tabs on the radar. I have a good clear view of the East too so have a few 'close-by' options.

    I wont be out tonight as Mrs has the car, major shame! I was tempted to ask my dad but think he's probably got more important things to do than cart me around chasing storms lol. I may do in the morning but I'm thinking of taking a bike ride this evening to an elevated location to get the shots I want. Where would you recommend mate?

    I don't know whether to get excited or not lol. I think from previous times gone by I'm ready to be disappointed but part of me feels we could see something decent.Like others on here I'm looking to shoot some lightning shots. My 1st time attempting this so good luck to the other 1st timers, I look forward to seeing your shots!

    I'm with you there Chris. When I went away Canoeing in Sweden last August, what happened here? There was a thunderstorm. So, next Thursday I am off to Snowdonia for 4 days of Mountain Biking. What do we think is going to happen down here I wonder. Lol.
