    Got a dusting here in north west Barnsley. Basically a non event for me I'm afraid. Light sleet/snow falling now.

    Just had a torrential shower here, distant thunder rumbling out to the west, cleared through now, just drizzle. Looks like the main band is approaching.

    Fairy heavy shower in Barnsley just now, shame it's following on from rain. I'd call it the snowy side of sleet, but not quite full on snow.
