Here in Kilburn N London hav'nt seen snow like this for 20 yrs!!!! Amazing!!!!
-
Heavy snow 2 inches+ on the ground and lightning in the distance. This is 80s style weather at it very best. Im in 7th heaven!!!!
-
Snowing really hard now amazing!!!
-
Snowing hard here, about 2cm on the ground now. Looks really peaceful and beautiful.

I cannot understand how anyone can believe in UFOs, considering the vast distances involved from even our nearest neighbour stars.
And if there really were visitors who can live for 10000s of years on spacecraft travelling at the speed of light, they would surely make themselves known to us just like we would if we were to ever stumble upon intelligent life elsewhere.
To me ET visiting us is 1 in virtually infinity chance.

Fascinating read, many thanks!!
-
Nice storm here materialised out of nothing!!
-
Thunder and lightning here, along with v heavy cold rain. Been truly miserable outside all day too.
-
Rain has just cleared here. It went out with 3 flashes of lightning and a load boom of thunder!!!! Feels very sultry already.
-
Overhead storm and extremely heavy rain here. Lightning about twice a minute.
-
Are you viewing the Met Office radar which has 21.00 as the latest slide?
NW Extra 5 minute radar shows a few small heavy cells around the London area at 21.20, they have developed quickly and you should see them on the 21.30 Met update.
I need to buy this radar dont I
I will next payday!!!
-
It is pouring down here and i mean POURING, yet the radar is clear???
-
Storms are on the way!
Brighter flashes of lightning now with low rolling thunder and general activity is increasing all the time - every 5 to 10 seconds.
This looks very promising and seems to be heading right this way!
Tamara
The radar is looking absolutely crazy at the moment and you are looking good for a direct hit Tamara!!!
Blow it all NNE to london when your done pleaseLOL

For me its the "we are screwed" option. I fear that if this poll were in 2017 100% will be voting for this as it will be becoming very clear that humans have caused huge damage to this planet.
I genuinely believe that in my lifetime there will be mass starvation and death of literally millions of people due to GW having severe effects on water supply and crop growing.

Still snowing hard here, a magical site outside. Enjoying every minute as I may not see this again for another 10+ years!!
-
We got a lovely 2 inch+ covering here. Havnt seen it like this for years. Looks amazing.
-
It has made little or no difference: I already believed in AGW. I am worried. Very worried about the future...
Same here, I think that within 10 years there is going to be massive changes to this planet. No scientific reason, just my take on it.
-
I don't think 'realism class' is possible for the masses unless it directly affects them. Unless they are physically - or significantly financially affected, climate change does not exist.
Of course, by the time that happens, it'll be too late. London may end up permanently under water, and large chunks of the worlds food producing areas will become worthless.

Most people are ignorant. Accept that basic fact, and then assume you'd best find someplace more rural in the next decade or two for your own well being.
Calrissian: spacewalking on ISS
Couldnt agree more Calissian. I give it 10-20 years max before a major decrease in human population due to starvation.
