There has been one shower here but its mainly been sunny and warm.

just been catching up on the posts on this forum looks like i missed a good storm. Its just typical a storm hits telford and where am i... bloody work!!. Looks like the wait goes on for me haha!!

Typical it all kicks off and I'm at work!!! Ill finish work at 2 and be welcomed by grey dull drizzly muck bet lol!!!

thats why connor has kept quiet then as there has been some eventful weather in telford, nothing for him to moan about lol
here its dry and cloudy, had a rubbish light shower about 2 hours ago
The only eventful thing is the rain no thunder at all it waits till i finish work and i get soaked bloody weather!!!

Yep dodged here and the suns finally out now, 5 miles south of here on the outskirts of Telford got 2 rumbles of thunder and a soaking, really cursed living in this weatherless place :lol:
Yep i agree with you conor! I heard one rumble of thunder only cause i was outside at the time and there was a shower ( but the sun was out for most of it!) Telford truly is a rubbish place to live when it comes to weather lol!!

There was one distant rumble and that was it lol! Just got a shower at the mo but the sun is trying to make an appearance!

Too damn right. Miss out this time, and its time to call it quits(for yours truly anyways). Four years and umpteen letdowns, the time has come Mother Nature....deliver the goods or go and do one.
I agree i am fed up now of London and the south east having all the storms i don't know what has happened in this neck of the woods but its pretty poor! Hopefully we in the west mids and wrexham get to see a storm come the end of the week there is potential on Wednesday i hear?!

Some lovely fair weather clouds starting to bubble up here in Costa del Telford lol
Yeah a few clouds have bubbled up in the last hour in a way I'm relieved as I'm like a lobster now haha!

Had a few showers here today couple of them with hail ( been outside doing fork lift training in it! All the days they pick today to train us up outside!) No thunder tho

I hae often made this point but get shrugged off as moaning or redirected to the NSC. Something has definitely shifted; I can remember the days of plenty of storms in this neck of the woods, I also remember plenty of Aprils where we got some vicious hail storms etc. It used to be showers starting in the west, transferring east but staying strong in the west throughout the day. Now it's starts off as a light shower in the west before transferring east and producing a multitude of storms and downpours there with nothing at all out west.
Yes i totally agree i can remember when we in the west midlands used to get these fabled thunderstorms but it has been at least 2 years since i saw one here! You could always reley on getting at least a storm every summer or a heavy April shower with a few rumbles of thunder but not anymore, I do think tho some events are ramped up way too much but i admit i get fed up something that so n so is having there 10th or so storm and another is on the way it feels like its been rubbed in and ( which its not but we are so storm staved up here! yes it get annoying and if you say anything you just get told your moaning lol!

Yep Telford never fails to disappoint when it comes to weather lol! Well unless you like grey sky's with the odd sunny spell in summer and no thunderstorms then you will love it haha!

I don't believe this, Thunderstorm 9 is to my west... if it gets closer and lightning/thunder then that's the 9th Cell I've had this year... lol!!
I'm going to cry lol! I have forgotten what a thunderstorm is!! Its gotta be about 2 years since i saw one here i either miss them cause I'm at work or I'm on holiday!!

Nothin here went pretty dark then the sun tried coming out then went dark again but the sun is slowly making an appearance again now so i think that could be that!
