Yep I agree. We have been cursed most places have now seen snow and it has stuck, every time it has started here it turns to rain and gets washed away!

Well I can confirm that there is ..... absolutely nothing here in Telford! RAIN AGAIN! This cold spell in one word... YAWN!

Well looks like most Shropshire are still waiting for a covering of snow to last more then a couple of hours!
I woke up in the night around 1ish cause the little one was crying, I looked out the window and saw snow ( I was half asleep and it was a classic rub you eyes moment! )
I got up at 7 with him and to my disappointment it was gone
was really looking forward to taking him out in it because he has not played in any yet (21 months old) he gets all excited when it falls from the sky. I will have to educate him on getting used to disappointment living in telford! -
This has got to be one of the worst winters for a while here for snow, 0 days of lying snow yesterday it snowed for about an hour or so it was gone by the time I went to bed at 10! Boxing day was the same. Oh well there is always the summer and some sunny warmer weather....... oops I mean 10 hours of grey cloud that's hangs around until 6pm lol!

Nowt here in north Telford since boxing day! The only thing this cold spell is delivering is a high gas bill lol!!

Nothing here in Telford just looks like frost on the car, nothing on the grass so it probably just is frost!

now where is my shower gel ha ha! -
What is frustrating is working all week in a hot factory looking forward to bbq weekends only to get rain or cloud. This spell of weather is great dont get me wrong I love the sun but it's beyond a joke now weekend forecast is cloudy :(still I break up friday so I get 2 weeks off hopefully there will be sun!I can see both viewpoints on the one hard it is a bit harsh to moan about the current weather, but if the weekend is cloudy after this week, I can understand the frustration.

Il sum up this weekend in one image! No storms not much sun and to top it off back to work and guess what warm and sunny! Not fun when working in a warehouse with no fans or air con. Hope it stays sunny break up Friday for 2 weeks. Glad some of you storm deprived lot got some of the good stuff tho.

I know Conor! Its past a joke now so bloody annoying ! Would be nice to catch a storm in this neck of the woods but a storm's round here are rarer then rocking horse ***t lol.....How bleedin tedious!! another band of 'light showers' arriving into here once AGAIN all the life in them reserved for Birmingham area :nonono:Type TF4 into the radar if you want a laugh.

Yeah I know what you mean it is about time you saw some stormsHa ha Shane well its about time us Bristol lot got our share we've had to wait months for something.Must admit it does feel good that we're getting storms and peeps who have had there fair share of storms already this year are not.Not meant in a horrible way but you know where I'm coming from.Hopefully the ones who have missed out so far do get something eventually.Good luck.
Some places can be a sweet spot and they get storm after storm (Lincolnshire I mean you haha!!) and others places its like a void. I am hoping to catch a storm later just 1 would be plenty for now

That's just greedy lol! Spare a thought for those poor Telford folks who would love to see just 1 storm haha! ... I have to laugh or I would cry.And once again thunder to the southNumber 5 incoming maybe.

Even Shrewsbury getting thunder the place which gets less then Telford... Oh well im off to work now to melt lol!Yes. Flash. And crash- it's overhead! Don't know where this has come from, the main band has moved through and the sun was out 15 mins ago.

YAWN! Got woken up by the wind blowing through the windows early this morning. Had a look at the lighting map and thought oh we might get a storm.... then remembered I live in Shropshire the land of little to no storms and went back to sleep how right I was!

That would explain why It was so loud I work on Stafford park which is 5 mins up the road from town.Looking on the V6 radar, there was a strike in or around the Town Centre and one in Dawley

Its not often that I here thunder at work because its so noisy but that was one loud rumble about 10 mins ago! Can here the rain on the roof too. Typicall i'm at work and it kicks off lol!!

Did anyone see the hailstones in the Belgium game it got stopped they were huge! Go on youtube search Belgium v Tunisia hailstones!
