south yorkshire is covered by the -8 hpa uppers dp 0c and 2mt temps of 3/4c but i would guess 2 bein nearer the mark.

Just put the overlay on the nw radar and we are somewhere between -1/-2 dp and well within the -8 hpa temps !!
hows south Yorkshire temps and that doing, I only got car thermometer and that's no good lol

well i have to come off here in a min so the mr can watch the sodding match

Convection looks to be dying out now. I have a feeling next week is going to be a bit of a let down to be honest. A lot of hype. In the end, the weather will do what the weather wants. Spend more time looking for the beginning / end of a cold spell than actually enjoying the cold spell and snow when it arrives.
i had that feeling too, but the snow we have had here, was not forecast, so how can next week be forecast with any confidence when they cant forecast hours in front correctly

Yes Aaron,it looks to be expanding to my eye,as i said (look up) just now,looks like a trough,could this be right?
