  5. Evening Stephen , I thought our best chance would be this evening as the sea breeze dies down. Still 22c here at the moment. We must have been a touch luckier than you on this side of the Wirral as we've had a couple of overhead storms including the epic one on Saturday. Yesterday's storm struck a house in Thingwall setting the roof on fire.
  6. Set the roof on fire unfortunately. There were pictures of the strike and the aftermath on social media this morning.
  7. Temperatures are still high too. Watching the showers developing over cheshire at the moment. Did you see that the positive cg in yesterdays storm struck a house in Thingwall
  8. Cell formed in literally 15 mins. Could be an interesting evening after all.
  9. Thunder on the Wirral. Must be a developing cell over Liverpool

  11. The anvil to this is over New Brighton on the end of the Wirral.
  12. Lets hope it continues up along the Wirral as on Saturday night
  13. The sea breeze is shredding any convection to bits on the Wirral today. I suppose it was a little greedy to expect three thunder days in a row
  14. Distant rumblings heard to the south west side of the wirral
  15. That storm was an absolute belter. Had a clear view of the positive strike from here. Not sure if I captured it on video
  16. Shame it isn't dark. Would have been a decent display over the sea. Just watching the cells near Winsford now.
