  1. Well looks like most Shropshire are still waiting for a covering of snow to last more then a couple of hours!

I woke up in the night around 1ish cause the little one was crying, I looked out the window and saw snow ( I was half asleep and it was a classic rub you eyes moment! )

I got up at 7 with him and to my disappointment it was gone :( was really looking forward to taking him out in it because he has not played in any yet (21 months old) he gets all excited when it falls from the sky. I will have to educate him on getting used to disappointment living in telford!

snap dying to take my little girl out in the snow, proper snow not this muck n she is 21 months too this winter has been 'marginally' better than last year but only just!!!
  2. This marginal stuff is a joke! I remember when i was younger we would get snow anything below 5c what do we need to do it's freezing outside! Plus the BBC forecasters may as well take a week off because they haven't a clue loads on here and mod called this front last nite yet shifali didnt have s clue!

  3. Tonight and tomorrow seem to have downgraded for

the West Midlands looking at the forecast on bbc this morning.

    Very annoying, again.

its going to be radar watching time but losts of promising signs this morning. the last time the mod thread was this happy was 2010!

  4. Hopefully we will do well tomorrow night and Thursday with

    the showers.

My concern is Sunday a lot of us in the West Midlands will be too

far west and have the agony of watching the east get a pounding whilst

    we get nothing.

just for a change. west mids has to get the least amount of snow of anywhere north of M4

  5. Big upgrade here too for snow. Starting at 1800 today and continuous for over 24 hours! Believe it when I see it, but you never know ...

Meanwhile a very cold morning with an overnight low of -6.8C. Perfect landing conditions for snow!

surely a weather warning carol just said could be problems in west mids
