19c at 615am.... Lovely.... Warmest day of year up here today? 27-29c.....

27.8c hottest day so far this year here... Last year managed 30c + on ten days....but then summer started in may and lasted through August last year....

An hour of very heavy rain here..... No thunder as of yet.... Sky still off....

Sky has gone, torrential outside, car park flooded, literally a waterfall coming off the roof..... Some well watered plants outside....
Lights flickering..... Lightening to south in distance....

It's now absolutely monsoonal again......no sky now..... Really wanting a bit of lightening now too....

Hope it heads here..... Sky keeps on cutting out.... Has been since I got home at 330pm..... Had a friends littlens birthday earlier with bouncy castle covered in tarpaulin....was tipping it down until I got home... Really monsoonal!
Ps just saw on estofex that there was tornado/funnel just off Essex earlier.....

Forecasters in Denmark/Sweden are predicting a colder than average winter.... I do reckon this year will be cooler and snowier than the last winter..... We shall see.... Here's hoping for some decent northern blocking!

30c now but unbearably humid.......cold glass of wine not helping.... Shower 3 I think.......

29c again......can we breach 30c today in fav.....humidity is so bad..... Come on city!

Clouds pass sun comes out heat and humidity rise, clouds over again then cooler for an hour then rinse and repeat..... So sticky at mo.... 27c humidity 75%..... Oppressive doesn't cover it.... Darker cloud to the south but as with any precip at mo Lookslike it is evaporating before it hits the ground.....
Any storms in this region seem to just pass to the east or west of here..... Must be one of the most storm starved areas in 2012..... Everything breaks up over us to build into big storms over the north sea..... Hoping that will change today!

At 10am it was 29c clouded up at 11am got very humid. A few drops of rain fresher and temp drop to 24c..... Sun came out for an hour and temp up to 29c again.....then it's just clouded over again and very very humid again..... Didn't just help by having duck pancakes with seriously hot chilli sauce..... Beer and football now.....

22c at 830am..... Another ten to twelve degrees to go..... Somewhere will break 33-34c today.....

Yesterday sixth bbq of the week and reached 30.5c.....was very oppresive yesterday afternoon qnd feeling a lot fresher now but its 20c atm...so not cold...
