Nmm going good so far..... Bands expanding south and west..... Peeps this was an overnighter not early eveninger.... Well see what happens in the morning..... If you dont get snow well you dont get snow, if you do bonus.... Places under 100m further north atm are getting snow, some on the coast..... It makes for interest if nothing else....

Reported snow above 120 m in and near leeds......

Looking better for some tonight.... Some lucky peeps could see 6-10cm.... Mostly like if at all for most falling snow and dusting.... The dew point is rising.... The clouds are getting low.... Just hope its not rainingâ„ï¸â„ï¸ Dew -2c temp -1c and clouding up.....

Climbed to 1c atm some biggish icicles forming on rooves..... Bright sun and blue skies.....lovely.... Esp if you have to be out and about.... Ice will be bigger problem again tonight where melting is happening....

Nmm looks good for some, plus warnings extended further west for tonight..... Couple of small roof avalanches, one biggish one to come, have quite a bit of snow over hanging out back.... Still six inches on grass, compacted, but piles of snow hanging about even in tesco carpark in glossop.... Most places seem to have run out of salt/grit though.... Darn nam it.....

According to radar its snowing sheffield to nottingham, according to peeps there its not? Clouded over here, -3.5c dew -6c ice everywhere.... Next doors roof primed for avalanche tomorrow i think, all packed on the edge of their roof but frozen solid as is everything still here.... Tomato, basil and roasted red pepper soup on hob, fire on, and cold glass of vino.... I know its a monday but it was already open! Ps according to radar snow its falling 5 miles from here but sliding se of here....

-3c hasnt got above that today.... Everything is frozen solid out.... Just finished errands around glossop..... Lots of dripping gutters idown in town will make for a lot of black ice tonight... My mum called from ilminster to say it was snowing and laying on grass....huge flakes....

My mum near ilminster called to say it snowed for half an hour and lay on the grass....
