Some forecasts going for -7c to -12c this week.... Brrr.... Whats remains will freeze hard.... Beeb have me down for -8c!

Todays apres ski menu chinese chicken, tomorrow lamb tagine.... All welcome â„â„Just got some wood for log burner from shed and its mighty gusty out there.... Beers are nice and cold too! Yes this winter, so far, has been great here too.... So much better than last years measly offerings! Had 18days with snow on ground and 12 with snow falling..... Now really its a question of how cold it will get at nightime!

Clouded over here..... Snowy looking sky, temp 2c dew -1c..... Might have some big icicles later.... Chinese five spiced chicken quarters (french trimmed) with stirfried veg n plum sauce for dinner.... Before footy kicks off at 530!

Looking at forecasts lookslike after this morning were in the freezer up here until wed/thur.... Temps not getting above freezing and clear skies leading to -5c to -8c brrr.... Roof avalanche topped up back garden by 6 inches! Still 8-10" on grass though.....

Meander around glossop and hadfield this morning.... Train was cancelled so went to mettricks butcher and got friday steak night dinner! More snow in hadfield town centre than glossop town centre, slushfest..... Managing to keep snow up here but temp is now on the fall....
