    I'm not sure if it's me or not but I can't open up the images that JP has posted must be something to do with my age and my failing eyesight I can't read them as they are.

    Well only lasted 30 minutes or so but it was nice to see a bit of snow coming down. Didn't really settle but hey ho never mind. Would it be too greedy to ask for more tho?!

    I prefer to remain optimistic. The rain that came in was it Saturday? definitely turned a bit sleety and that wasn't forecast so I remain hopeful. If it does it does if it doesn't it doesn't it's only weather but there is a small kid inside me that yearns for some snow, could do with covering up the marsh that my back garden has become with all the rain.

    I always look out for Mr Pike's forecast he is usually pretty spot on with what he forecasts. Yes there are ramps but he clearly states they are ramps and are for fun.

    Brief but torrential hail shower just passed through back to boring old rain again now. Garden is like a mudbath now not good when you have two great big dogs in the house.

    I'm the same as you Speed you go to Alpine regions for skiing so large amounts of snow are expected you go somewhere tropical and you can pretty much expect some sort of tropical storm. The weather in this country is usually average so to get extremes like large amounts of rain or tropical type storms or a couple of inches of snow is exciting when it happens in your own back yard. Wow Coast is rich huh flying lessons no less!!

    I think we should call it Hyde Park and send it straight there, dropping some storms on it's way through of course!

    It's so muggy here could really do with some of those storms in the Midlands to cool things down. I don't mind heat it's just the humidity that makes it unbearable was about to get paddling pool out for the dogs then I remembered hosepipe ban way too much effort to fill it with watering can so have put the fan on for them, poor things look like they are ready to melt.
