This part of the heavy ppn band has intensified, can it hit Cardiff?

I need to know altidude, exactly how high the pile is, the current temp in the middle of the pile and if you have a dog (incase of leaving its mark) lol. Also if u pour warm water on there so it melts by the time i say I'll give u half the voucher! Hahahaha

Just took the dog for a walk and it feels much colder than earlier and the wind has now swung around to easterly so hopefully will bring temps down enough for snow! If we get the ppn

MetO 5 day showing heavy snow for Cardiff tomorrow night. Not much for other parts of SE Wales. Is this the PPN coming from the east? Still showing some potential for snow showers as well for the next few days. Counrtyfile tomorrow methinks.
Bloody chilly here atm. I rarely fell the cold, but my feet are freezing tonight. Hot water bottle and an old-man blanket needed!
It also has -4 for Monday night and sleet! Very strange considering that higher temps show snow lol

Its showing nothing for me but it hasnt stopped snowing all day

Looking at Wundergrounds WunderMap you can see temps near are in the region of 6-8c..
Can't be snow
Exactly what I thought, its currently 5c here which is about 5-6 miles away

You can't have lived in Brynna long then because I live in Llanharan which is right next to Brynna and we don't do to bad when it comes to snow! We had about 8 inches in 2009 12 inches 2010 and from what I can remember as kid we had our fair share then to. Here is a pic from 2010 the yellow buckets are about 14-15 inches high! But then again it is foggy at the mo so u are right lol

No I don't sleep to good Andy as im due to have operation and in way to much pain, didn't think it would snow as it was pouring with rain bit earlier then turned to quite heavy stuff, still a little snow on the mountain behind me. just wait now and see what happens next week, i hope it snows in brynna as my mate who looks on here only ever has fog ha ha. brynna is so low he can cast out to sea from there. he will love this when he reads it
That's very strange as I live in Llanharan which is right next to Brynna and we have our fair share of snow here, not like you get on the mountains but we don't do to bad!! In 2009 we had 6 inches, in 2010 we had 12 inches, not much last winter (but then again did anyone lol) only 1 morning which amounted to about 3cms but was gone in the afternoon and yesterday morning we had our first snowflakes of the winter which was only the lightest of dustings but our first lol. As for being able to cast out to sea!! "I wish we could" and my mrs does to because i'd spend more time in the house and save a fortune on fuel, because every chance I get im out on the beach casting into that sea lol.
