  14. http://www.meteociel.fr/modeles/naefs_cartes.php?ech=0&code=0&mode=0 running through these things dont look too bad at all, more so for southern areas... more (reds) than blues?should say (pinks) really. I dont pretend to be an expert on these, far far from on but i take the colours to be anomalys
  15. yep the catcher is half way down the garden, ive also read similar to what you have said if you kill one more will come to help him...or her.. lol @ the kitchen windowsill,no offence of course to your Mum also agree ref drowning...thats my biggest fear,i never step foot on a boat cause you can guarantee the minute i do itl get that sinking feeling

  17. made me giggle you saying your Dad got chased round the garden...because this morning i was doing exactly the same thing never thought i could run that fast.....plenty around by us,the most ive seen in years, i even purchased a wasp catcher, you fill it with sugar, honey something sweet etc they fly in through the small holes and are supposed to drown i checked it the other day....its really good, so far its caught none and upon walking back towards the house there was one looking at me by the back door i swear it was laughing at me,not that i hung around!

  21. the precipitation charts you have posted there Draztik, tie in well with the Meto's 6-15 dayer,northwest/southeast split.. still i for one will not complain, really enjoyed this summer i know its not over yet, even though the charts are not fantastic some good days some bad days tbh after july's at times stunning conditions i can live with that
  22. i see where your coming from ref autumnal with a north west flow .........................albeit 2 weeks away Phil taken on board ,Mushy purely a joke
  23. http://www.meteo.psu.edu/~fxg1/ECMWF_0z/test8.gif Plenty of chopping and changing ive noticed of late,as John Holmes says we need consistency to get an idea of what might occur at the moment there aint none lets hope these continue to look like this for 3 days+ running,(edit)i know these are not fantastic i should say but maybe they might lead to something better along the way http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/predictions/814day/814day.03.gif John question for you which of these do you think is the more reliable?
  24. excellent 100% excellent kids have had the pool out many many times we have had some beautiful sunsets, and bar today id give july a big fat 9.9/10....for the 1st time in 7 years i got my milk bottle legs out and even they managed to get a tan i have enjoyed every single minute and its just goes to show the uk can indeed get beautiful summer weather.....like i say to everyone i know "every days a blue sky day its just the **** thats underneath it" incredible really getting up nearly every day to sunshine..great stuff
