    Stopping at the imperial, west shore was pretty exciting at high tide this morning, looking forward to midnights high tide too, luckily llandudno not to badly hit.

    On top of the great orme looking out to sea, car is rocking from side to side, quite a few water spouts trying to form..amazing.. High tide llandudno due in next hour

    I'm off to llandudno tomorrow, staying in hotel on front..quite excited to see mother nature at her best but on a serious note do you think it will be safe?? Also worried about car parking at hotel.

    Just had an exciting 15 minutes of weather here in Shrewsbury , very gusty, heavy rain and I think even hail, rather impressed me

    Very windy here this morning, went for walk on hill , already trees down. This might sound daft but I've always found my water in the toilet bowl is always a lot less when there's a deep low around, has anybody else noticed this??? Sorry if it's off topic

    I know it's really difficult to predict but can somebody say if Shrewsbury is going to be in the calm of the storm, or could we see,some high winds and strong gusts...I'm off work on Monday and toyed with the idea of going by train to Cardiff bay and stop in st David's hotel to watch the storm, but I'm worried about not being able to get home Monday afternoon..we're all watching excitedly but please people be sensible and stay safe..

    Something is definetly starting to brew around shrewsbury at the moment, dark skies and rather muggy but the sun is still shining

    Flying ants just left my garden, they smell the rain coming... Please give me a home storm but I think I'm just to far west..caught a couple last Sunday in Poole which were great.

    Not to sure what's happening here at Poole Barbour but wind suddenly increased , things blowing around almost like a tornado, lightning not as frequent, quite scary though

    Just been for a lovely walk , crunchy under foot, but what I like the best is everything is all so still, there's something very therapeutic about fresh snow fall...also,had a random snowball fight with strangers ....all good fun. 4 inches and still snowing...enjoy it people
