    Had some thunder and lightning in last half an hour temps dropped 30 to 24c nice breeze now

    Here in south essex it just flooded people down my road and its still fallling.... 5cm in under an hour. Check outside now! just had 5cm in one hour.

    Christ its flooding here...!!! 39.2 mm of rain in last hour!!! I am in benfleet, in essex.... Road and gardens are like rivers.... this is easily the heaviest rain all year so far here.....

    May i ask something. There are some very low dark clouds appearing, the clouds are odd, as they are rising from a really low level, looks like moving upwards, some edges of the "front" of the clouds are like they have been combed (stripy) , are these just forming storm clouds, or something heavier?

    Had 3 loud rumbles, no lightning heavyish rain, would love a better stormy performance today

    Tipping it down here in SS7 (south essex) has been for last 8 hours , looking at radar i dont see an end to it, if anything some lovley red looking radar storms on their way over.

    Just started Raining, Temprature in Benfleet, Essex a sultry 19.1c and 96% humidity @ 23:39 .... i sense thunder, the hairs on my arms are up....

    No but in benfleet i am hearing rumbles This is now overhead, Temp dropped 6 degrees to 23.9 , Humidity up 10% in half an hour, now dark overhead and all round.
