Well yesterday’s cool(ish) and calm weather is a distant memory today. Really windy here eth the moment and now raining too.

Saw the sun briefly today but nothing of note, otherwise another dull day and this evening it's been raining just for a change. One thing is the sky didn't clear after dark again tonight like it's done regularly lately so at least it's not so frustrating.

Cloudy all day but with a few brief sunny spells when breaks appeared in the cloud. Rain at times this evening.

Not very festive outside but it’s the third Christmas in a row that’s been like this, if not quite as mild as this year, so I guess we should be used to it.

Looks like being the third mild. dull and wet Christmas Day in a row here which is rather depressing. A far cry from the one before that which was sunny and frosty, not that Christmas day has been like that very often here in recent times.

Actually saw the sun for more than a few seconds today. Still less than 15 minutes but that's far better than anything else lately. Also for the umpteenth time the sky decided to clear after sunset.

I did actually see the sun today. Only for a few seconds and it never properly came out but that's more than I saw over the last few days

If it wasn't for the half an hour or so of sun before sunset a few days ago I'd probably be able to count on one hand how many minutes of sun I've seen this week. Typical mild rubbish we usually get in winter really.

Definitely agree with this. It’s the reason I hardly read this thread In the winter nowadays as it’s always the same. 

On the subject of the weather, it would be nice to see the sun for even half a day some time soon as I don’t even think I’ve seen it for a total of half an hour across the last week or so. Something more seasonal would be nice too but the way things are that seems an increasingly difficult task to achieve.
