Despite the Thunderstorm warning and then the modified rain warning nothing here in Brighton all day
Barely a Kent Clipper. You have to laugh!

Oh. That's sad news but saves me from repeatedly refreshing every half hour. Hope you get it sorted tomorrow!

I've been away from NetWeather for a while but I got the max temp spot on --> https://twitter.com/UKWX_/status/1155878322167005190?s=20
Chuffed with that. Furthermore Summer is basically over now so it's in the bag. Ready for Autumn and Winter madness now!

Menus are painful
Painful but necessary
Takes a lot of innovativeness to make them enjoyable but it's possible.

Added screenlock function
That's pretty much what I suggested however instead of clicking a button to lock would it not be better to have a shortcut (like cmd + Z) to zoom and then when you're not using that command it locks? Easier for customers than pressing a button.

Did you clear cookies as well as cache? It will show again if you remove all cookies, do you maybe have that set to happen on browser close, or maybe have ccleaner (or similar) running on a schedule? If you're using IE11, there was a bug affecting it in some instances, which is hopefully sorted now.
All sorted

@Paul I've had this notification multiple times and I cleared my cache. Still seeing it intermittently.

@tight isobar True, it probably will fade closer to Sunday. Then I will update the map.
Not expecting the current version to come off at all---although it would be nice!

Even if it does snow,it's pointless, wont be able to enjoy it,as it will rapidly turn to rain and get washed away, really is a crappy winter,if people are getting excited at a slight chance of transient wintryness, this winter is pants, end of,such a letdown,I really thought it would be our year
Let's face it, it's a damn sight better than the last couple of years.

Winds picking up here with rain off and on as the system rushes through!

No UKMO warnings for it though... strange...
