  1. eh, what? That actually happens? Most illuminating this thread (pardon the accidental pun).

    We moan when the pavements of small side streets aren't gritted and cleared of snow, can only image the reaction if the street lights were turned off!

    Yes all side roads go off at 00hrs - 6am (I think) its horrible and not to mention dangerous!

  2. Hello everyone! Hope you are all well ive not been on lately as i have been ill for the last 4 weeks starting with a stomach bug then a cold then full on flu where i couldnt get out of bed and tonsillitis finally followed up by another cold and ear infection! i now seem to be on the mend and on a brighter note ive had everything so i should be good for a while! Just aswell as we now have 3 little ducklings to raise. Anyway the weather has been lovely here managed to leave my bed sunday to lay in the garden :) was a tad chilly here last night but warming nicely x

Hi folks, I just thought I'd share possibly the most dramatic picture from yesterday's storm which was posted to me by one of my followers on my weather page. "HiJust thought I would share with you the devastation that the squall line left behind yesterday in East Sussex. This is a picture of what is left of my Dads car after a freak gust of wind brought down a tree on his motor, miraculously my Dad was able to scrabble out of the wreckage with just cuts and bruises but it could have been a whole different story."
