Amazing still got some snow cover. Stayed as sleet, snow last nite. Snow melting rapidly now. Do we have another chance tonite but its going to be marginal once again lol. Monday into tues is looking good there wont be anything marginal about that.

Bbc weather has most low lying levels in midlands turing to rain or sleet in the next hour or so. Hope for all you guys its wrong such a shame could have had a load from this as well. Slush fest here now This latest chart from the polar low thread sums up the problem perfectly and whats coming, and the asl you will need to stay as snow

Yh i know tell me about it i think your area will stay as snow elevation is key and obviously further north just puzzled how a polar low is warming the uk up lol and its not just me reports all over the uk of the same thing happening

Yh we had heavy snow on and off all day started as heavy snow then tuned to sleet now rain cant see it turning back now temps just to high

Started as snow now heavy rain and temps have risen rapldly Snow R.I.P its been a great day looks like the mild uppers are marching east peaks could get a real pasting but anywhere else expect sleet or rain, this polar low ironically has turned out to be the bearer of bad uppers. Rain bouncing of the ground now.

I can see rain against my window not a gd sign Hate to say it but you can see reports all over of it raising temps to 4 or 5 degree met has sleet forecast now so can only see the peak district staying as snow. Nite guys and good luck hope it stays as snow but cant see it.
