Met office are rubbish they had me down for a cloudy day but bone dry it ended up bright sunshine and snow showers they will change trust me.

I bet the pub run will be a snowfest for the midlands every run has huge changes even at 2 days away. Also UKMO is nice still all to play for. And today proves snow can fall at anytime.

Hi Andy yh its going to be a roller coaster week that's for sure let's just hope we don't feel sick afterwards lol. But last few runs have been getting better' we are in a much better situation than 2 days ago.

I hope so still think we need better uppers the first slider looks weak to me and might struggle to even make it here but the second has more intensity thats when the uppers are crucial for the midlands so yes we need it to go about a 100 miles west otherwise its sleet. Still hopeful though

Look at the low over greenland and so much energy in that area any waa attempt or ridging will surely get crushed but it does seem to want to have fight with the atlantic each run prolongs the cold spell a touch more. Also worries me that the uppers are not that great for low lying areas in the south and west. Or am i barking up the wrong tree.

Bit disappointed with bbc and met forecast both show a dry tues and rain or sleet on wed and thurs. I know the models are struggling but they are also getting closer to the final outcome so that forecast worries me a bit still time for change. North and east mids i think will do ok but west and south mids its very marginal indeed as per forecasts.

Loving your positivity Dancer todays charts looks much more promising lets hope for further upgrades and a stalling front over the midlands lol

Some ice days forecast looking more forward to that possibility than any snow. Haven't seen an ice day for a long time.
