We’ve done well here overnight, moderate sno all night according to radar and doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. Hopefully, we can get a few beefy North Sea showers before Friday. Expect the unexpected!

Looks like it’s been snowing lightly all night. Radar suggests that and still is snowing moderately. Roads are covered, doesn’t look to be stopping anytime soon. Hoping for some beefy showers these next couple of days. Will measure car in a bit. Probably 10cm or so now I’d expect

Even better in the knowledge that it will be sticking around for the rest of the week
Yep with further chances over the next few days to add another covering! We certainly do well in these set ups in north/east Kent

Just been for a decent walk around the estate with my eldest. Not another person or moving vehicle in sight. Eerily quiet with just the sound of the moderate sized snowflakes hitting the trees and bushes. Everything white again. Didn't want to go back indoors.
We’ve done well this evening. Canterbury was empty to and we are now fully white everywhere. Radar looking excellent, seems to be just building constantly in the North Sea, not a whiteout, but moderate snow!

Nothing here apart from very very light snow
You must be in the middle of the showers. Moderate to heavy snow here, roads covered again. Hope you get some. Radar does look good tho

Think you're right. Always the worry for us in this situation. Having said that, activity in last fews mins has just pepped up a bit!
Defo has pepped up on radar last few frames. Coming down in canterbury, not heavy, but pretty

Going white here. Road tracks disappearing. Not heavy but moderate!

Crossing fingers, I'm in Sandwich. BBC showing heavy snow all day tomorrow which is never going to happen. Just interested in what they are thinking, what are they basing that forecast on??
Moderate snow here now. Been on and off all day!

I was just gonna say it's looking a bit stingy unless of course we all live under that line..
I’d take those with a pinch of salt. There is defo something in the North Sea heading our way. Looks it anyway. Best to check radar and window!

Is the North Sea coming to life? Or is it just me wishing? Haha

Snowing again in canterbury. Radar says it should be dry.

Hope the North Sea can fire some showers off later. Odd flake fluttering at the moment. Radar seems to suggest not at the moment. We tend to do well in these set ups. Who knows tho!

Nice to see it's covered the roads and pathways all the way up to Herne Bay, as you head towards hythe though it's really bad. Drifting up stone street - Stelling Minnis etc
Yes that doesn’t surprise me as it’s rural! Think we are at 9cm now on areas where it laid instantly. There’s a risk of more throughout the next few days which is good!

still relatively heavy in canterbury! Crazy!

Really hope so.
Wife keeps asking where are the big beefy flakes.
Trying to explain the air is very cold and dry , hence small flakes..
If we get some good old n sea convection then we should see some bigger stuff today but I'm happy as things stand.
Good dollop of snow in the garden and still snowing .
Plus it's not going anywhere soon looking at temps for the nxt several days or further..
Temp currently -1.8c
Low last night was -2.1c
So were good..
Wth no sun today there be no melt either..
Can’t see much melt before the weekend! Will be sub zero for next few days. Yes, you never know with a strong easterly - we in east Kent always do well in these set ups. 2018, had 20cm here!

Tomorrow certainly looks interesting for us in East Kent. The fax chart shows the Christmas Tree right over us!
