  1. Thanks Tamara , Keep posting your posts are so informative. Kind Regards Mark
  2. Beautiful start to the day and already quite warm , I was worried that the front coming down will lead to cloudy skies but here at least that has not happened , Today is both my wife and daughters birthday so I have my hands full to keep them entertained.
  3. Blimey I’ve only just seen the UKMO this afternoon. What a beauty .
  4. Well Thomasz will be hunting for rain by then , But I’m sure he will be happy .
  5. Yep completely agree they normally slowly up the temps nearer the time , I think it goes off the GFS raw data but I stand corrected if I’m wrong . This last spell was upgraded up to the day before when they finally settled on 28c I’ve heard the bbc weather this evening saying high 20s are likely next week.
  6. Your right it’s not anything new but I’m glad for now it’s continuing, I’ve just heard thomas schafenacker say on the beeb high 20s next week very likely in central and southern areas next week ( what has he done ) for May that’s damn good in my opinion , prefer the UKMO and GFS output to Gem it seems I jumped the gun a little although it’s still ok .
  7. Yes I was wondering if it would follow this afternoon after this mornings run . good news all around if you want fine and dry weather .
  8. Gem at 126hrs , where do we go from here . Edit - Here is 144 looks fine and dandy
  9. No rain here either just some wind and cloud I saw from the radar there was a big hole in the front as it went through . I need to get the sprinkler going in the garden as it looks parched , Although I want the settled conditions to continue we really do need the rain , hopefully this comes at night. I never thought I’d be saying that at the end of February and it goes to show how things can change in a relatively short space of time and I certainly don’t want to jinx the summer in to a washout .
  10. GFS 18z being saucy tonight by showing a pair . Looks like the Smash adverts .
  11. Weird how nature works , Glad the deluge of December, January and February is now being countered by our fabulous weather now , I get the farmer’s will be screwing and let’s hope we get some heavy overnight rain to ease the pain .
  12. Well I’ve seen the runs today and everything has gone crazy . I felt a little like below and now the Navgem is really upping the ante . It’s all good and the ecm at only 12 hours difference.
