It doesn't have to be too cold though, as just posted in the MOD thread, the uppers don't even have to be that cold, e.g. Feb 1978 produced loads of snow for the SW, even to coastal areas, but look at the uppers: http://forum.netweather.tv/index.php?app=core&module=attach§ion=attach&attach_rel_module=post&attach_id=153886

How kind thanks, would be nice to finally see some snow! Only saw it falling on one day last year in Feb, but even then it didn't settle... Last settling snow I've seen was in December 2010! Hence my username

No problems as was said on the mod thread a while ago, three days ago, the models were showing a breakdown to milder conditions on Wednesday, three days on, and the models are predicting a breakdown three days later than that!

So true! They just carry on... As you can see, lots of snow over here in the south east *covers the whole of the southwest with their hand or arm* could cause some disruption... Yeah, snowy in the southwest aswell.... Moving on! Maybe I'm exaggerating slightly

I think it's because there's a snow warning in the south west, if you take a look at the warnings page, no such luck

No settling snow here, I doubt there was anything after I went to bed, currently dry, no idea of the temperature

Indeed! Very strange! But thanks I don't think I'm going to really get anything, seeing as all I've had so far is a bit of PPN, not even enough for me to make out what it was! Well fingers crossed for you aswell, hope it turns to snow sometime soon!
