Yeah, I saw one what sounds like the same earlier major downgrade from a couple of hours of snow being shown earlier!

I've been using will it rain today for ages! Good site But I'm confused about the other one, where does it say height?

Exactly! Just looked at the will it rain today radar, and that shows precipitation over me at 5.30, but have had nothing as of yet!

Definitely should have showed it further west!

And... The thermometer outside (a garden thermometer, so not the most accurate) is saying its currently around 4C for me here, would you say that's correct? Plus the fact that dunkeswell, slightly further west to me, is about 50m higher than me, and is saying that the temperature there is 1.1...

I'm now being predicted absolutely zilch overnight, by the met and the beeb, do you think they expect it to fizzle out?

Your in Bridgwater right? Because the temperature was around 3C here about an hour ago, although so was Bridgey (went there to play football!)

Well that countryfile forecast has given me some hope snow over me for a couple hours tonight! let's hope it comes to fruition!

Country file week ahead should be interesting, BBC 1, 12.20 (5 mins!) Edit: my bad, the programme starts at 12.25!

Just to emphasise the unpredictability of snow, two posts on another forum this morning, number one: An nice covering of snow this morning after an unexpectedly large amount of snow showers blowing across last night! Number two: Woke up to a light snow covering this am which wasn't forecast, not complaining tho.
