Good night all, seems north Wales is getting some of the action and it's sliding west now. Winds back here but still no snow.

In haydock it's breezy but nowhere near as before and no snow

Wind has eased here over last hour or so, it's not as wild.

Nothing falling here, it is funny that the South gets snow and we have television shows about it.

That's the truth, if this was rain it wouldn't matter which direction is was coming from, it would hit us and stay all night.

I have a feeling and it's just a feeling that here we may get a small surprise. I have just been out and it's stormy as anything.

My prediction is north Wales then it will slip east.

We have had very light snow all night into this morning and it made no impact on the dusting. It's now melting in spots.

For us our hopes was on storm Emma so as that's a miss I wish you all happy snow.

Fishing today on the lake and it was also feeling pleasant in the sunshine. It's freezing now tho.

Every cold snap has gone the same. I wouldn't of bet the sun rise on this going the same way. It has. I can not wait for the milder, wetter spring weather now to be honest.

There you go as predicted everything gone and we just wait for the rain as always.

I fully expected this, I think us in the West of the region will see nothing meaningful until the breakdown. The sun being out is a proper bonus tho.

I think it's all just too far away to call what will happen to be honest. I expect downgrades and I expect rain at some point. If we get something different then bonus.

My view is east of our region has a good chance, West is flurry territory at best. I am waiting for the break down that's usually when here in st Helens we can get very big falls. The temps are very low tho indeed.
