    I think we maybe surprised by this. It's being under forecast. No hype so my spider senses say snow. I woke up to snow this morning in St.Helens, not much but enough.

    Whole of England looks like it's getting a good dose of snow on the radar. Us clearly missing out but that's nothing new. Mate who lives an hour away is sending me his snow pictures

    BBC on news 24 still using the old warning, think by 20.14 they would update their info.

    You can tell it's turning into a southern event the BBC have just pushed an article on the pending doom. They usually stay silent unless it effects the South.

    I think by then it be into north Wales and the northwest will certainly be clear of anything disruptive. Certainly be a nail in a coffin.

    Every second it seems to be going more South, any more South London may struggle for a shower. I never seen an event fall apart quite so quickly before the low arrives.

    So when do we get the glove eating videos...... as this is fast becoming a usual snow event for our neck of the woods. Carries on at this rate with the corrections, London will be snowed in.

    The 1pm bbc weather report the warning looked pretty much the same as last night.

    Raining in haydock, mad how different the weather is in our small area. Parr is apparently having snow and it's a 20 min walk.

    Raining now in st Helens the westerly must be doing a world of good for the temp as per usual.

    Sleet now in st Helens but nice big chunks of snow in the rain. Its better than last year but I personally don't see tomorrow being anything for many, it's how it works in our area. I always say we seem to get snow when it's not forecast. The weather warning now slipped South so snowchance now.
