    Posted earlier but wasn't very busy on here then - seems to have livened up now I am supposed to be going for an evening out in Oxted (from Croydon) this evening- thought I was safe with everything starting tommorow but a bit worried we may be caught out and don't want to be driving home in snow - thoughts ?

    At the risk of being shouted down - does anyone have any idea how long the cold and snowy spell is likely to last ? Afraid with elderly and unwell parents in different areas of the country this is all just getting a bit worrying for me.

    What are the Netweather 10 day charts on based on - Country file says no snow here (London/Croydon) but Netweather 10 days says 95% ???????? Different models used??

    Think I am in the minority so I will say this really quietly but I don't really want snow this week - too much to do and places to go. A real novice at reading the charts so can anyone help me with the current prdiction for the Croydon area on Monday?
