Thanks Karl83, I downloaded it the day after those light shows and as we havent had anything really since then, i wasnt sure if it worked or not. I got it set on a 50mile radius and re-fresh every 20secs. (in hope to find anything)

Dark skies NE of me, raining steady/hard with a good rainbow and v.windy. waiting to hear a rumble with my 4yr old. He tells me there will be one in a min.(im sure hes saying that just to stay up later)

been watching the lightning here (Ilminster) for the last 30min or so and have now heard thunder........... its comming

Snowing here in Ilminster, grass going white, cars white and ppn seems to be increasing with larger flakes

just poped to Beaminster and have seen it all....... rain,wind,hail,sleet and some awesome lighting strikes. You dont get weather like the UK anywhere else in the world. Love it

how long have you been using Metox? ive used them for 6months or so. and found them pretty accurate but dont know anyone else who uses it. what do you think of them?

anyone here know how good 'Metox' site is??? been showing good snow potential for us since last Wednesday and although a slight move South still showing snow for us Monday

Hi mullender83 In Ilminster we've had 4 1/2 to 5 inches and it's still snowing. Slow for the last hour but increasing as i post. Looking at the radar looks like we might get another heavy spell later. As im new to all this, could anyone confirm if im right pls. (Just for peace of mind that im reading charts right)

flakes about 2'' diameter and comming down hard here, a good 3'' fallen in 2 hours
