Ive given up it looks like Birmingham and the black country are out the game for this winter, even the bits coming from the East will miss us. Hugely disappointing.
-
Nothing not a flake, the north had it Tuesday, South last night and not a single flake here. Typical.
-
I just can't see it moving any further north now its been stuck at worcester for a while.
-
Met afternoon forecast shows it doesn't really reach birmingham
-
Met forecast has removed all but two of the snowflakes for me.

It’s been snowing for 7 hours here now, lovely covering. My 4 1/2 drive home last night was definitely worth my cheeky snow day today
-
It got to Stourbridge 20 minutes ago and has just stopped and is going round, how does that even happen!! Our shield is up again

Absolutely gut wrenching here. Frozen crappy bits of snow. No full cover. Showers missing here left right and center. Never known a more depressing and frustrating cold spell. I reckon game over for me here just outside Wolvo. Gutted
i feel your pain, im amazed my phones survived my numerous tantrums

Dudley: Overnight low -7.6C (03.35)
Halesowen: Overnight low -6.0C (01.02)
No real lying snow, only perhaps the frozen remnants of yesterday afternoon's fall of a few mms. The Black Country and the wider West Mids seem to be in a hole around which snow is falling to varying amounts. I'm expecting another ice day today and with the wind, it really is feeling bitingly cold.
Gutting isnt it, Do you think the snow just to the south will eventually push through our snow shield?
-
Have to say i'm absolutely gutted with this event, it has been absolutely dire for Birmingham and the Black Country. The snow coming from the south looks to stop just below us, we have either been too far north, east south or west.
Naked wingwalking would be less painful than the last few days.

Roads are absolutely awful this morning.

How in the heck is it snowing in Birmingham, Notts and Leicester but sleet here In Oxford?!
We are supposed to be in the colder 850's than you guys! And my house is 100m ASL so i'm not exactly on really low ground either.
Bloody stupid Weather
I think snowing in birmingham is pushing it, we had three flakes and it went again.. Don't be feeling too jealous of us here. It's been poor this year, not had an hour of lying snow.

Looks to be going south on the radar...AGAIN
-
Anyone else disappointed in this winter?
-
Completely missed here, surprise surprise. This winter is pants.
-
Just clipping a bit more and coming down again
-
now starting to cover the main A44 which was gritted this evening
Where are you?
-
And guess what? It's raining. (a few flakes here and there, but it's more rain than sleet), and the snow cover is disappearing at a rate of knots. An hour of this would be enough to take the lot away. Ho hum.
Oh no, I don't want to check
-
Picked up again here
-
Slowing down a little here
-
Started again, but it looks very wet now. Hmmm. Don't you dare do any damage to my covering! And if there is any milder air to the north, stay put!
Ahh, I type that and it goes back to looking like proper snow...
Dislike this immensly
-
I've just had a little walk in it... First footsteps ...lovely
-
Look how to precipitation starts to bend and actually deform itself away from us!
Bizarre
