Thunder in Dumfries apparently

Too far east for us for tomorrow (probably the cold front will have advanced too much) My time will come (Not had any storms so far this year yet)

Guess what. Nothing here
Turned cloudier though so you never know what might happen (although extremley unlikely) -
I sense a slight chance today for us..........but seems quite mimimal (but you never know) still got plenty of chance in the next 4 months if today doesn't happen

I expected the risk to completely go for us at 1 point for the weekend and all of a sudden does look to have disappeared but still time for it to come back (Not counting it out yet) disappointed too that it does seem to want to cool down a lot quicker up here than expected but we shall see

I think we are going to get something next few days as GFS is showing it and more especially the reason that I have noticed since about 2003 that we often get our best storms here during April and May. For they 2 reasons alone, I am going for us to have a storm somepoint next few days if not weeks

Another 1 of these dark cloud days that formed all around at 1 point after a brilliant start (more to the north and east) but this time nothing did come of it unlike the slight showers of yesterday. Still think it could be interesting later on in the week as the atmosphere gets a bit more juicy

Very dark to the east of me

Quite dark here too but still dry. Might get a shower or something (but not a lot)

1 or 2 very isolated showers look like they have broken out east of edinburgh
EDIT: Looked like they formed in the far south of scotland the uplands probably and pushed north

Similair thing happened to us 19th December 2009 here. Weather front came in and started as pretty heavy rain (and the snow we had was getting washed away quick) Just after 3 o clock that afternoon I remember looking out the window and it was still raining. Within 1 minute though the rain had turned to huge snowflakes and everything was very white very quickly!

Every single year for us? We always usually just miss the biggies. They often skite to the north/east/south of us. It's as if we have some sort of storm shelter built in place

Quite a heavy shower here now and interestingly some really black skies before it came in (Looks moderate at best on the radar) Just a pity there was no real heat to the sky as that could have been quite a beastie given the right conditions but as it is.

Looks as if Rain's about to set in here very soon. Whether it's thundery or not is another matter.

Already some pretty wild showers blowing through the lowlands to where I am. Tomorrow might be pretty interesting at this rate.
