    Case of watching out for flying wheelie bins..wind is still pretty strong out there.

    Bar a few showers there's nothing to indicate anything more prolonged at present - looks like HP will in fact reinsert itself again by next weekend.Temps back to average and greater chance of the odd ground frost in more sheltered spots. Good weather for pottering about in the garden etc but yes a little more rain wouldn't go amiss either.

    Got close to a Spanish plume yesterday..in the form of a punnet of strawberries! So the mild and windies continue then, a few sunnier slots, generally more cloud although no rainier bits as yet.Spring at last?

    All pretty normal Spring type weather to come then? with little if any extremes of any sorts to contend with, more especially (thankfully) bye bye cold Easterlies! Quite hard to believe that in just a few weeks time we're approaching flaming June...

    ..rain? what's that? to be honest not fussed at the moment, we need a drop as things are looking a tad on the parched side and for a half decent bloom - water is required in some shape or form.

    Why do i get the odd sneaky feeling we'll see a few more flakes, albeit maybe the wetter less accumulative ones, as a final parting shot..and before Spring is sprung proper! Sincerely hope i'm proven wrong though Today has been great so far, fresh feel, sparkling sunshine and only the slightest of breezes.UV levels increasing too.

    Chances remain that some higher ground in the far N may possibly get some, anywhere else hmmm.... To be honest, i think most of us have had their cold and snowy fix, all we now require are some warm and stormies.Ground sure is parched dry!

    Who would've imagined way back then, that mobs today would include built in cameras, FM radios, temp/pressure sensors, detailed nav/gps maps, internet/email/tv capability, hundreds of useful apps, games to name just a few.. Whether we could do without them altogether is a difficult one to answer - we seemed to manage beforehand lol! with a brand new mobile phone starting from one yes one pound each! call tariffs may of course vary.. chances are they'll be around for a lot longer still.

    Granted though, high humidity doesn't help when trying to get a good night's sleep lol. And who wants sleep when there's a good thunderstorm raging outside
