Latest GFS looking crap for us again, but all winter almost every time it's shown snow for me its not turned up. May be this time it is using reverse phycology to get some snow over here...
I might be deluded but I can't see the LP finding it that easy to introduce the milder air, I'm hopeful that the ECM 12z verifies

Nick Miller on the BBC weather for the week ahead is indicating that the milder could take longer to reach us than models were showing earlier (well that's my interpretation of it anyway)

Definitely a radar error at the mo as it's just started again here.
I was thinking that , a whole chunk of showers just suddenly disappeared
-
Stopped for the time being now and temp dropped to -5.3c , not much chance of a thaw overnight , might be a slippy drive to work in the morning

Really didn't expect anymore lying snow before Friday

The showers seem to be dying out to the east of us on the radar

But mainly dry
To quote the much used adage , get the cold here first and the snow will follow ,or words to that effect

Can't believe tonights ECM 12z , very good for more central and northern areas ,keeping the cold locked in beyond the weekend and well into next week.
