What does mean in the long term? Super EI Nino?

Can someone remind me what season it is?

UK weather warnings WWW.METOFFICE.GOV.UK Met Office UK weather warnings for rain, snow, wind, fog and ice. Choose your location to keep up to date with local weather warnings. Following recent wet weather, further rain is expected on Thursday night and through Friday. This will be persistent and, at times, heavy with 15-25mm of rain fairly widely across Devon and Cornwall. These accumulations are likely to bring areas of standing water and the chance of some flooding on Friday. The rain is likely to slowly ease during Friday evening. Yellow Warning of rain in effect from 6am-6pm tomorrow.

Yellow warning for Wind just got issued. In effect from 9pm tomorrow to 12am Friday. A deep area of low pressure is expected to move eastwards across southern Britain during Thursday evening and Friday morning, bringing spells of strong southerly winds, then a lull, followed by strong west or northwesterly winds. There is uncertainty over the track and depth of the low and this affects how strong the wind will be. It is likely that coastal areas will see 50-60 mph gusts, with a low probability of 70 mph over exposed hills and headlands with winds probably peaking after they veer west or northwesterly. This could lead to some disruption in places. Along with the strong winds, we will also see heavy rain overnight clearing as the low progresses eastwards. Areas under this warning in South West England. Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Cornwall Devon Dorset Isles of Scilly Plymouth Somerset Torbay

Is there a website where you can find these long range model forecasting?
-
What does the UKMO/ECM say?
-
Snow wise I do agree with you, however for the sheer cold at times especially December was something. For once our town in Cornwall got 3 snowfalls days.
-
What would a EI Nino mean for our weather and what would it reflect on the models?
-
What are the other models showing for that timeframe? Are they showing a similar amount of rainfall forecast in the next few weeks? Additionally what are the models showing for this summer?
-
Tbh, we really need a wet summer considering the drought risk we currently have.

So, what's next after this initial cold snap, a even colder spell in the mid month period

Cornwall isn't going to get any snow, even with this yellow warning of snow and ice, 200m and temperature is 5/6c for most of the day on Wednesday.
