Hi all.
Really wish it wasn't only Monday, as I know all the charts will change..But things are looking great for the end of the week. Not a great fan of hot, hot, but if there's a chance of some storms then bring it on.
Quite some interesting clouds out there as I went on the school run, If it had been more muggy I would of had fingers crossed for something stormy, but not even rain on radar yet.

After a rather cloudy start, became lovely and warm with loads of clouds building, But sunny so I got a line of washing out. Nothing on the radar for me it seems as moving away, but hoping that maybe I may get a surprise

I often look at days like today and wonder what it would be like if it was snow.
Got a mini flood by the garages. Not that we had any snow this winter gone, not even a flake. I would say you deff got something coming there. Trade our rain for your storm -

Hi all, just a heads up before bed on this rainy Monday.
I can remember the storms like that too. All night long. In fact I can remember one when I was going on a family Holiday..it started at midnight and was still going when we headed off at 5:30am.Pitch dark then amazing flashes and booming thunder. What was even more amazing was the sky afterwards. Full of tiny cloud towers. never ever seen a sky like it again.
Oh well hope some people are lucky tonight the rain seems to be missing me for now.

MK seems to have done pretty well this week
yep they even had snow this year. (be it up a tall office block). Watched many a good storm pass me by and head MK way

Huge raindrops, hail and an enormous crack of thunder just now in MK, sky is black as hell.
Ah it was thunder I heard not another plane. No hail tho.

Morning all, got woken up by rain and next doors noisy broken guttering at around 6:15am.
No thunder though. Met office has the kiss of death thunder symbol by my area for Monday. So Monday will be hot and sunny y'all. -

As per normal just about to head out to collect LO from school and it looks like it's going to rain. And there is a cold strong breeze as well. Nothing like yesterday. It really is cooler today,really hate how after a storm day the next seems to be all yucky murk and cold wind. No thunder today.boo.

That super cell is the business.
I think they should ban planes during thundery weather, thought I heard a rumble and seeing some dark clouds but it was a plane.A PLANE!

That's all folks. For me anyway, although there is cloud around.
Should of bet money on that storm at 3:15pm , If it's gonna do it, it'll do it then.
But 2 storms, kinda makes up for the days we were storm free.

The speed of the developing clouds I saw on my walk took my breathe away. I'm not scared of storms as a rule, but I didn't feel like I wanted to be outside for long and I had a bit of a headache, strange to say the least. Never seen such a sky for a very very long time. My phone is so awful at pics, Hopefully will try to post one or two.

hello all,
Been watching the clouds build up all around me, dark as you like, heavy showers missing me like it's going out of fashion. At least I didn't get wet on the school run, so that's some blessing.
Yellow warning for my area for thundery showers end of week.
certain doom for sure.
