    It has to rain now because on the way back from collecting LO someone was out washing their drive and the window cleaners just been.

    It still has a lot of landfall and then the channel and then still 100's of miles before the storms could hit me. *keeps calm* I actually just expect a bit of rain atm. Anymore would be a bonus.

    Lovely day out there here, feels warmer although the wind which dropped last night is now starting up again. Sky is getting milky with a few puffs of clouds. Considering, I think we will get some rain, but there's time enough to change that to low fog and drizzle. I'm hoping that i'm going to be so wrong and be more like this

    Considering the clouds look like they are breaking up as they reach me, I would say my 37% of a storm would more or less hit the mark. But yeah been nosing at the weather long enough to know things can change in a matter of minutes. Today has been painfully frustrating for a lover of storms in my area.

    After being 72% then 52% now my area is showing only a 37% chance of a storm oh well, at least there was some hail and thunder last week

    Just had a peak out as i'm about 20 mins away from you and it looks interesting now. Still nothing on radar to speak off tho but those clouds are moving fast! get so exciting when there are storms about i forgot to say i'm new here too

    Just cloud and a breeze, was much more stormy looking this morning! keep looking out side ever hopeful, but the radar shows nothing for miles.

    Woke up and it had been raining a bit but no thunder. Looked very humid out and the sun is trying its' best to break though. Looks stormy out so fingers crossed I may get a surprise later.

    Came back from getting Lo from school, quite a strong breeze, warm and some cloud bubbling up, but nothing I would say is any different to fair weather cloud, although it is now quite hazy and I can finally see some cumulus building. Still so much different opinions on what it going on, gone form 72% chance of a storm back to 52% and hoping the Met offices 'only cloud' forecast is wrong. Fingers crossed!

    Just had a peak at the radar, and those storms by wales look amazing. Some forecasts say my area will get something thundery and others just light rain. After living on the south-east coast most of my life and seeing some impressive channel imports, where I am now seems to miss any action
