    Woke up to a torrential downpour that stopped and then started again it made me jump how quickly it just started up again, hail stones the lot, and my other half is off the work on a roof!

    I hear thunder....no strikes showing up on radar or lightning map.... Upon further investigation at a more sensible time of the morning, it was the wind coming through the vent in my bedroom. Forgive me I haven't loved in my house very long haha

    Wow that red line on the radar just passed over me and it was like the heavens opened! My local weather station has recorded a maximum gust of 64 mph since midnight. It's certainly dangerous out there and mr thunderbuddy is off to work on the roofs of Worthing!

    The BBC are showing my area clear today, I know it's hit and miss but what do you think captain? Don't get me wrong I appreciate a storm for.clearing humidity (can't stand being hot and sticky) just so long ad it.doesn't come.when.I'm on my own and have things to do!

    I like the colours and seeing everything changing. I like how it's darker in the eveningso again, but not pitch black at 5 like winter. The countdown to Xmas can begin, and the weather is usually a more pleasant kindof warm than ssummer,without the sticky nights. I like September and early October.

    Sunshine amd cloud today, its too humid though. Leaves are statting to fall off trees and the conker tree round the corner looks fit to bust autumn is my favourite month

    Managed to stay dry here but very very windy! Other. Half was working just the other side of the downs and said he got a few torrential showers
