    We just seem to be in direct firing line here at the moment,the scenes just west of here around settle and ingleton will be amazing with all the snow that fell on thursday and friday.

    The snow just keeps coming here non stop now for at least an hour and a half, i hope i can get home ok later. :lol: Hi mate all you need is just a slight change in the wind direction and you will get a good dumping like we are gettin at the moment.

    The south lakes and north lancs areas are getting some very heavy snow still, the radar is looking really good at the moment.

    Very Heavy Snow falling in Ingleton at my friends house on the edge of the pennines. Being falling for about an hour with no let up. Around 2 inches in the past hour.

    Brilliant day here with Snow Showers on and off all day, wave after wave crossing North yorkshire.

    Nice to hear your doing well too Jed, i did'nt really expect to get a good covering like we have now. These showers are really penetrating so deep they are reaching the west coast too. Winter wonderland returns.

    Heavy Snow showers here most of the day, not bad considerind i'm about 30 miles from the west coast. I should get some nice photos tommorow if i get time.

    Nice photo's i always find the Drift sculptures amazing, the sunset ones are really nice too.

    I had driven on the road to Malham Tarn many times before in winter, and older people have told me the road would block with snow in winters of old. But i was amazed to see the road completely blocked with a seemingly endless drift. These Highland mooos seemed to be at home in the snow. Yes this is the road to the Tarn. I will have to try to get to the tarn later in the week, second thoughts looking at the forcast maybe next week. Enjoy

    I drove up Chaple-le-dale and round by Ribblehead viaduct later on and the scenery was amazing.

    Great pictures there, serious amounts of snow. I have just taken a few this afternoon, the snow plough that i saw turned round because the road had dissappeared under the snow drift. Thanks for sharing.

    Moderate snow for about 3 hours now, the Dales to my east should have a good few inches now.
