  2. This picture below show's Ingleborough in the far distance, where Yeti had his little adventure yesterday.
  3. Thanks for sharing the great photos of ingleborough, it's amazing how the altitude creates a different world to the valley below. Here's one without the Snow. How lucky we are to have such scenery on our doorstep. Cheers, Chrissy...
  4. True the amount of snow is quite a bit less than other areas to our south but still very nice all the same. This is probably to do with us being nearer the sea, which seems to make a difference in marginal situations. We cant complain as we had our fair share in december 2008 though. Chrissy...
  5. Sorry i have put the wrong date in the title these were actually taken today 20/01/2009. Thanks, Chrissy...

  10. Currently -2c after an overnight low of -3, these airfrosts are amazing night after night. Beats mild mush everytime.
  11. Another air frost overnight -1 currently, pavements around here still a nightmare with ice and snow.A large amount of snow melted sunday night into monday but still we have some gardens around here under an inch of snow. The local golf course still completely white, the best cold spell in my area since my schooldays in the 80's. I will try to get some photos later, Cheers, Chrissy...

  13. Nice photos yeti, nearly as much as here. I was going to walk up ingleborough today but the clouds have been down most of the day. Malham moor yesterday at just over 400m had quite nive covering still. I nearly got stuck also. Chrissy
  14. Its like a skating rink around here, slight melt during day hard frost at night. -3 or more seems just average. Cheers, Chrissy...
  15. Finished work a bit earlier today so hopefully i will get some better photo's in the sunshine today, lots of snow still even to lower levels. Chrissy...
  16. Temp 0c and frosty and clear, entering day 5 of snow cover.
  17. Hi Busman, i dont think this snow's going anywhere fast. Feb 2005 was quite good for decent snow drifts around here, but this snow is more like the 80s. Enjoy it should look even better in the sunshine. Cheers, Chrissy...

  19. Yes your pictures are really good too, thanks for sharing. Thanks Terminal, 10 miles west from this location very little if any snow remains or even fell in the first place.
