well thats me done for night, going to tidy up the mess kids have left for me, have a cuppa and go to bed, all in all a fab night for us here, almost stopped now and dripping getting worse haha, fingers crossed for more events in the rest of winter!

anyone know how long barnsley look like getting the lovely white stuff for? or if it going to get heavier? its only light to moderate here

got to say i love the optimism, i am with you guys, winter has only just started, as it has been mentioned a few times, we have had much more seasonal weather already than what we did last year! no matter what the charts are showing at the moment, we all must keep in mind they can flip at the drop of a hat to show what we all want to see!
i do feel our winter cannot be as poor as the last one and i have already asked Santa to fetch me a new sledge for Xmas haha

well i guess winter is over, lol temps forecast for here from wednesday are due to be in the low teens so time to switch the heating off and look forward to some spring like weather.
oh well, think of the money thats going to be saved on the heating bill haha

The village will be 183m however the camera is on the outskirts so I found the exact location and then used earthtools.org to find its elevation, currently 0.9c there. Keeping an eye on what happens when it reaches the NY moors, if it involves white flakes Im jumping in the car lol!
ahhh okidoki, and damn it, i have a driving licence but no car im insured on, so i will have to stay here in rainy Barnsley lol
