    Apart from the leading edge,the rest of this band just looks like normal frontal rain to me ?

    Plenty of convection and potential but as yet,nothing stormy has materialised just a couple of light showers to report.

    A bit breezy but at least it's sunny.Probably be the last nice day for a while though.

    Despite the regional differences lets face it ladies and gents this Summer will go down as average at best and pony at worst depending on where you live.I don't believe that anyone has had what you would call a decent Summer this year .

    Showery,cool,grey and rubbish day really for early September.Currently just 11c but at least it's not raining.

    Fairly cloudy here at the moment but nice enough with 16c and little in the way of breeze.

    20c With a few clouds about but mostly quite sunny + a bit breezy.

    It would make a nice change if any storms that did develop over Northern France actually made it to the SE instead of the North sea or Belgium as so often has been the case this Summer.
