I live in a mobile home, it gets hot when the sun shines in, in summer it usually reaches 35 inside the home and I need all my windows and doors open, but this time of year is perfect, I never put the heating on

The weather this month has been pretty fabulous tbh, above average sunshine, no rain, slightly below average temps but the sunshine makes up for that! Even got a nice tan coming along!

These sunny days are doing wonders for the inside temps my living room is a toasty 25° at 10.20pm! No heating for me tonight

Those temps will modify upwards they usually do, it also changes from run to run,

I have no complaints about spring here in south Essex, recorded a temp of 23 degrees, april has had 0.0mm of rain here, currently on 142 hours of sunshine, and the April max mean temp is only 1 degrees below the average for April! And the sunshine has made up for that! So no complains been a beautiful useable spring so far

No temps climb back to average through the weekend and into next week, that is pretty confident now temps should be between 15 and 19 during next week both ECM and GFS show that

FI again but the Arctic won't stop finding its way down under this pattern. 276h+ another cold blast and after this a reload. Always a possibility for the 1st one to shift west and have a direct hit or shift east and miss it altogether. I won't be chasing this one though. I think.
The gfs does provide 18° and from experience in any sun you can record temps up to 20 officially as gfs usually under does temps so even on the gfs 2m temps it shows 17 or 18

Can see potential for couple of 20° days in April on GFS it’s showing 18° across London area obviously with sunshine and the fact gfs undercooks temps wouldn’t be surprised to see a 20°

Missed all the showers so far today, just seem to skip me, however lots of sunshine instead and temps at 11 degrees, has been pleasant in the sun tbh

the average temperature for my part of south Essex is 12 degrees well april rising to 13/14 by the end of April so today we have hit 10 here so only couple of degrees below average, the warmth from the sun makes it feel okay

Well here in south Essex it’s been dry all day, very cloudy and overcast temps at 8 degrees, but not had a drop of rain, in fact I’ve had no rain in April so far

Lovely day today lots more sunshine than I expected

GFS showing a warm up after mid month, could reach 24 again

Good increase in temps on gfs, let’s see if we can get a trend going

Depends, I’ve been sat outside this week in a jumper and been just fine, I’m Greater London and has been lots of sunshine and I’ve felt okay, so 12 degrees for me is comfortable

Just seen the met office update a gradual rise in temps next week back to average nothing fantastic but I will take average over this, noticed the gfs and ensembles do show a slow growth in temps after the weekend

Absolutely vile weather, the only good thing is the strong sun this time of year taking the edge of the bitter cold! Lighter winds here tomorrow and warmer temps so should feel a tad more spring like

Always gotta love cold shorts actually meant shots like the gfs shows, it’s not ideal however as sun gains strength they generally don’t pack as much punch as say in January

Tbf with the sun gaining strength now these cold shots from the north are less bothersome today for example has been lovely in the sun been in the garden all day, plus with spring models can flip overnight to warmer conditions

Weather is actually so much better than I expected, the sun really is getting its warmth back! When your not in the breeze, it’s pleasant

Thank goodness it’s April, if your in the sunshine it actually feels okay, I am now sitting in my garden in the sun and it don’t feel that cold at all
